The Central Carolina Presbytery is one of 76 regional divisions of the Presbyterian Church in America, a conservative, reformed, Bible teaching denomination. There are 38 local churches in our presbytery, which includes 18 counties of piedmont North Carolina.

Reporting Schedule

Schedule for annual reports from churches, ministers and candidates:

A-E = January
F-H = April
I-P = July
Q-Z = October

Annual reports from ministers and candidates are due 3 weeks prior to stated meetings.  Ministers send theirs to the Shepherding Committee chairman and candidates (including interns and those having completed internships) to the chairman of the Candidates Committee.  Standard forms are available here.
 
Annual reports from churches are due 2 weeks prior and should be emailed to .  Committee reports are also due to the clerk 2 weeks prior.

Jason McCallOn November 15, Jason McCall was ordained and installed as an Assistant Pastor at Grace Community Church in Charlotte, NC.  Jason is a graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte.

Chip McAulayOn November 8, 2009, Chip McAulay was ordained and installed as an Assistant Pastor at Sandhills Presbyterian Church in Southern Pines, NC.  Chip has been called to plant a PCA church in Montgomery County, NC near Lake Tillery.

Tim WeldonOn November 1, Tim Weldon was ordained and installed as Assistant Pastor at Grace Church in Harrisburg, NC.  Tim is a May graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte.

On October 27, Josh Kitchen (left), Gavin Breeden, Christopher Brock and Michael Brown were received as candidates for the gospel ministry. All four are members of Sovereign Grace Presbyterian Church in Charlotte.
